We are seeking to recruit a Trainee (Master’s Thesis Graduate). Your mission will be to unlock value from the intergenerational wealth transfer (Next Generation) for the wealth management business .

Your role

Within the next 10 years, approximately $15.5 trillion of wealth will be transferred globally. Your role will be to understand this trend and whether there are regional differences or not, and how to transform it into an opportunity.

This will entail:
Describing sub segments.
Clearly seizing market share of the Next Generation segment.
Understanding the bank’s product and service offering for prospects/clients.
Analyzing marketing strategy in terms of branding, channels and events.
Being aware of regulatory/compliance considerations.
Developing an action plan for existing clients and prospects.

Your profile
Master’s student in Finance, Economics or Marketing.
A definite interest in financial markets, current international affairs and the Wealth Management industry.
Proficient in the usual IT tools (MS Office).
A strong team player.
Driven by the desire to deliver tangible and actionable results.
Strong analytical skills with the capacity to work independently and being able to connect with others and having an interpersonal mindset.
Perfect command of English is required; German and/or French would be a strong asset.
