Should be Excellent in core Java, microservices (Java 8) – 50%
Should be able to manage offshore/onshore team – 50%
Should have good knowledge of SQL.
Should be able to mentor other resources
Should be able to play an onshore Lead position
Should be able to provide solution to team members on critical issues
Should be able to guide team members
Interact with onshore team to get any issues resolved for the offshore resources
Should be able to pick up production issues and work on the fixes independently
Should be able to work with Client and understand the requirements an handle the end to end project lifecycle of that module independently
Knowledge on LoanIQ is added advantage.
