In this role, you have the opportunity to
Establish strong relationships with government authorities and provide support in various candidate onboarding activities
As a HR Admin Specialist, you are responsible for:
All End-to End Government related activities like Visa applications, Renewal, and cancellations.
Renewal of Facility Commercial / Trade Licenses
Coordinating pre-onboarding of new joiners and supporting other arrangements like flight tickets, initial accommodation and shipments (International Mobility)
Managing employee’s End-to-End on-boarding & Off-boarding journey
Maintaining employee’s updated data on HRMS
Ensuring on-time completion of HR Admin tasks
Supporting HR Manager in delivering HR projects
Taking initiatives to identify process gaps and finds solutions to improves process

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor Degree
At least 5 years of experience in similar role
Strong knowledge of labor law, policies and government Relations
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution Skills
Experience of using HRMS
Driving License is preferred
Microsoft Excel proficient – Intermédiate level
