JOB PURPOSE:

To provide a variety of administrative and support to the retail SVP office team in various activities. This

includes facilitation and follow up of progress reports and information required by the retail SVP.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Job Specific Accountabilities

 Facilitation and follow up of progress reports and information required by the retail SVP

 Facilitates preparation of the meeting’s agenda and other necessary information, recording minutes of

the meeting and the action points agreed by the participants.

 Follows up the progress on actions agreed and acts as communication link between retail SVP and ELT

members.

 Consolidates retail SVP Office budget requirements and submits to the retail SVP for his endorsement.

Ensures the groups meets the set submission target date.

 Monitors all group’s important documents, reminds the retail SVP if any answered or important

outstanding issues to ensure that the necessary action is taken in good time using computer log of

pending issues

 Follows up the Documents, Internal Memos and Action Forms sent to the retail SVP for approval and

keeps track of these pending issues.

 Updates the retail SVP regularly on these pending issues until all are finalized.

to accomplish operational objectives.

 Contribute to the identification of areas and opportunities for continuous improvement in the operating

procedures and functional processes.

Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability

 Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability

guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.

Reports

 Provide inputs to prepare Section progress reports for Company Management.

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal

 Retail SVP Office

 ELT members

External

 Consultant, External Training Providers etc.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualification

 Bachelor’s degree in Administration

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

 5 years of experience of relevant experience within a large industrial organization
