You would join global Ops enablement team in the Berlin or Amsterdam offices.

The Global Ops Enablement team looks after (i) outsourced operations with our BPO partners and (ii) tools and integrations that enable our outsourced and internal ops teams to do their jobs most effectively.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL…

Problem Solving & Process Optimization

  • Act as the first point of contact for our outsourcing and tooling program to address all backlogs and project updates.
  • Surface opportunities, using data, to drive operational excellence, develop, and execute performance improvement strategies designed to achieve targeted service levels.
  • Design, document and implement new processes as well as monitor process efficiency and adherence to processes to ensure we deliver the best-in-class service to our stakeholders, internal & external.
  • Work cross-functionally (Operations, BPO, Carrier, and Tech) and across many sennder programs to implement efficient & scalable solutions.
  • Ensure visibility, training, and adoption of new processes and tools to all stakeholders.
  • Communicate and persuade with your data insights in an easily digestible format (documents, reports, presentations).
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills as we’re faced with new and exciting challenges every single day. Identify and implement short-term solutions in a timely manner, while helping define the long-term solution.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Partner with the data & analytics team to develop ops enablement reports & dashboards, communicating to stakeholders in each market to effectively manage their performance.
  • Closely track and review performance metrics with program owners.
  • Proactively deep-dive into data and identify root causes and propose solutions.
  • Understand metric correlations and share strategic recommendations for improvement opportunities and ways to optimize our approach based on data and insights.

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE…

  • Undergraduate and/or graduate in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or another related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a quantitative/ analytical role, preferably within tech, management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
  • Data prowess – passion for leveraging data to influence decisions.
  • Proficient in Excel. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) and SQL would be a big plus.
  • Ability to manage highly diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong organization & project management skills. Able to structure a project from idea to design.
  • Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly changing business environment. Able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
