The VAS team builds a portfolio of services that simplify carrier experience and increase their competitiveness. We are now looking for an intern to support our Value-Added Services team as a Customer Success Intern. You will ensure the long-term satisfaction of our customers by timely solving their requests and proactively reaching out to them to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Your challenge will be:
- Answer our customers requests via ticket system, email and phone
- Work closely with our external suppliers to find the best solutions for our shared customers
- Onboard new customers and enable them to use our product
- Onboard customers on new product features
- Work closely with Account Executives to deliver an extraordinary customer journey and seamless transition
- Proactively reach out to existing customers via phone to ensure smooth user experience
- Identify improvement opportunities based on customer feedback and help implementing them
To get there you will need:
- Strong communication skills in Polish and English are a must
- Customer-first mindset paired with high motivational spirit
- Be based in Berlin
- Ability to actively listen to customers needs
- Sales or Key Account Management experience in a performance-orientated environment is a plus as well as Customer success experience
- Experience in Logistics is a plus
