Tasks

What you will do:

• You support our Talent Acquisition team in acquiring new potential candidates via Linkedin and Xing and growing our talent pool
• You use an individual approach to contact candidates and ensure a good candidate experience
• You pre-select candidates in close communication with our TA team and Hiring Managers and assist in scheduling interviews
• You constantly look for potential to improve our hiring process and try to find new recruiting channels
• You keep our ATS up to date

Requirements

Who you are:

• You are currently studying or recently finished your studies in a business-related field
• You like to take ownership and have a very structured way of working
• You ideally gained the first experience in recruiting or active search
• You are a team player and eager to improve yourself every day
• You are fluent in English (German is a plus)
• Your interest in technology and the confident handling of Microsoft Office/ Google G-Suite complete your profile
