We are looking for a Business Program Manager (BPM) to drive our Microsoft Education Open Workshop motion as part of our Unified Support offering. In this role you will establish, orchestrate and execute the workshop planning by working closely and effectively with cross-functional internal stakeholders. You will drive team accountabilities and support planning, performance tracking, and – where necessary – initiate remediation efforts with the team to achieve the fiscal year Key Performance Indicators. The prevailing business priority is the customers’ successful adoption and productive use of Microsoft cloud technologies.

  • Orchestration of hybrid and remote workshops while ensuring process adherence and compliance
  • Vendor and invoice management as well as service improvement and feedback evaluation
  • Tracking of success criteria, performance metrics and overall effectiveness of the program
  • Responsible for budget planning and adherence as well as financial management and reporting

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Completed degree or equivalent of relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Be self-motivated, willing to take ownership, and be passionate about improving process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Be capable of working collaboratively and effectively with a variety of teams and disciplines across the company
  • Strong German and English language skills
  • Professional experience in training or event management is an advantage
