Studentischen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Projektsupport

Ihre Aufgabe

• Unterstützung der Projektleiter bei der Planung und Steuerung von Projekten
• Erstellung und Pflege von Terminplänen sowie der gesamten Projektdokumentation
• Erstellung und Mitarbeit an Präsentationen
• Weiterentwicklung der Projektmanagementsystematik und der Projektmanagementtools

Die Anforderung

• Technisches oder Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
• Sehr großes Interesse am Projektmanagement
• Selbstständiges Arbeiten und eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
• Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse

Your task

• Support of project managers in the planning and control of projects
• Creation and maintenance of schedules as well as the entire project documentation
• Creation of and collaboration on presentations
• Further development of the project management system and project management tools

The requirement

• Technical or business studies
• Very strong interest in project management
• Ability to work independently and strong communication skills
• Very good MS Office skills
• Good English skills
