We are looking for an Analyst (all genders) to join the LATAM service team within Logistics Product Operations on our journey to always delivering amazing experiences.

Our Mission

Logistics Product Operations at Delivery Hero builds the foundation for excellence and partnership with our entities (brands) worldwide by reinforcing product strategy and operational improvement with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, and reporting.

The LATAM service team works with senior management and stakeholders to ensure that we provide our customers with amazing service when faced with a non-seamless experience. In most cases, our products achieve this through self-service and automation. If a customer requires the attention of an agent, our products equip the agent with just the right amount of information to resolve the issue quickly and satisfactorily. We are responsible for understanding the quality and performance of our products, any frictions that may require our attention, and/or new product feature requirements to feed into the Logistics’ roadmap.

Your Mission

• You will own relevant operational KPIs, product performance and product usage in the LATAM region
• You interact with and support our operations stakeholders in the LATAM region
• You proactively find areas for improvement backed up by data, are innovative in seeking the best solution and execute in a timely and considered manner
• You support the roll-out of new products and features in the LATAM region which are aimed at improving our service quality, business performance and operational efficiency
• You provide management with regular performance reports, insights and presentations

Your Heroic Skills

• You have gained at least 1+ years of professional experience interpreting data in an analytics or data science role
• You have a degree in business, mathematics, engineering, science, economics or another analytical based subject
• Strong knowledge of and experience with SQL and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Data Studio)
• You have solid exploratory analysis and data visualisation skills
• Knowledge of Python and version control systems (e.g. Github) is a plus
• You are highly passionate about data, with creative problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail
• You are a team player and love to think outside the box
• You are highly motivated and communicative, independent and pragmatic in handling business challenges
• Highly curious and happy to question the status quo
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both written and spoken
