(Senior) People Partner (f/m/d*)

We’re looking for a strong People Partner (f/m/d*) to level up leader & employee experiences, engage, develop and retain top talent, embrace change and establish talent management to cater for our exciting future.

YOUR MISSION

• Be a proactive advisor and sparring partner in all relevant employee matters
• Advise your managers on organizational structures, process design, interfaces, and related HR topics
• Develop concepts in the areas of Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Culture & Labor Relations in close cooperation with leaders and stakeholders and be responsible for the operational implementation of the strategies
• Analyze the coaching needs of your stakeholders on HR topics and conduct workshops in your areas independently
• Become a culture keeper and guardian over diversity, employment law, and engagement issues

YOUR PROFILE

• You have several years of relevant People Partner experience
• You are an effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with leaders and stakeholders to drive organizational change
• You have demonstrated experience in multiple disciplines of Human Resources and knowledge of relevant labor and employment law
• You have strong organizational and conflict resolution skills
• You know how to deal with challenging situations and are solution orientated
• Excellent verbal and written skills in German and English
