Responsibilities
During your internship in the field of people analytics in the team for analytics, data and process management, you contribute to enhance a data driven and evidenced based approach to develop best in class leaders who act with trust, courage, empathy and optimism to create chemistry for a sustainable future.
- To generate a basis for decision making, you will extract data from people related systems and join it with other data.
- You will apply advanced quantitative methods for data mining and predictive modelling.
- Through your innovative mindset, you will be able to find new ways to get and deliver insights from our leadership and pipeline data.
- Together with the team, you will produce concepts and implement a dashboard for evidenced-based steering of leadership development.
QUALIFICATIONS
- master’s degree or advanced stage of your IT-orientated and/or psychological bachelor studies
- knowledge about exploration, analysis and visualization of data
- first experiences with R, Python or another programming language for data processing and analysis like Alteryx
- ideally familiar with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- fluent communication skills in English
