Senior Specialist (m/f/d) Payroll with Dutch – Team Belgium

Responsibilities

In our team HR Services Europe, we provide master data, payroll and post-payroll services to our group companies in Belgium. As Senior Specialist Payroll, these are your responsibilities-

• You prepare and process the monthly payroll and implement, improve and maintain administrative HR processes in SAP HR and other HR systems.
• Within the framework of advanced system quality management, you are responsible for bug-fixing and the implementation of new requirements related to the most complex system changes.
• You ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements concerning our HR services are met.
• For this you are in close cooperation with our local HR Business Partners in Belgium as well as our internal service departments in Berlin and our technical providers.
• You contribute to our knowledge management- you coordinate a constant exchange of experiences and information within the team as well as with colleagues, experts and relevant partners.
• You can rely on your strong network for tackling issues.
• You also collaborate in internal projects and encourage the best practice sharing amongst our European HR teams.
• Moreover, you will be a constant driver for improvement of the processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are fluent in English and Dutch, German is a plus.
• You have advanced system-management experience with SAP and other systems.
• In constructive alignment with Local HR and the technical providers, you can deliver complete and unambiguous functional requirements and test cases.
• You continuously develop and improve Quality Management controls for error prevention.
• Moreover, you have deep knowledge of HR processes and proactively bring suggestions and proposals in order to improve them.
• You will ensure and take responsibility for an overall efficient and high quality payroll run and post-payroll processing.
• Towards customers you always present yourself in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
