We’re looking for a Junior Talent Recruiter to:

represent UBS at various events virtually and on campus, excited to connect people
select the right candidates according to our program criteria’s and line managers needs
manage the whole recruitment process, supporting our candidates and hiring managers along the way
work on projects to enhance our candidate pipeline, processes and programs
partner with colleagues in our pod and other locations to share best practices, ideas and candidates

Your team
You’ll be part of the Junior Talent Recruiting pod based in Zürich, but we also have team colleagues in Ticino, Romandie and Poland. You’ll also be able to draw on our recruiting network worldwide, being part of the global Junior Talent organization within the Get Hired stream. As a recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in protecting our competitive edge through the acquisition of our greatest asset – our people.

Your expertise

ideally 2-4 years recruiting experience
a keen interest in financial services
excellent communicator, happy in the spotlight and a natural relationship builder
passionate about providing memorable service to colleagues and candidates alike
a collaborative and “can-do” attitude, happy to work efficiently together in an agile way
always professional and adherent to our high standards
