We are now looking for a Global MPS (Master Production Schedule) Lead for our Global Planning organization in Wollerau, within the Skincare category.

Job Description

The Skincare Master Planning Lead will be responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain planning processes for the category. He/she will directly manage a team comprising of Global MPS Planners, Strategic Capacity Planners, Global Deployment Planner & Inventory Optimizers and will indirectly manage Scheduling Managers at the factory and planners in other associated functions within planning.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following
Deliver supply commits and inventory globally for a category
Review master production plans generated by Global MPS Planner and suggests trade-offs between capacity, cost and service in case of constraints
Accountable for fill rates in regional hubs
Advise stakeholders on trade-offs between capacity, cost and service
Facilitate & lead Category IBP / S&OP Process (cross branded / cross regional)
Develop and deliver Medium to Long Term Category Supply Strategy (incl. supporting CapEx, Manloc’s, Supply Optimization)
Continuously improve category supply planning processes/tools

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who brings
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Operations Research, or related field
Minimum of 12 years of related experience in Supply Chain with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role
Excels in a fast-paced, manufacturing-facing environment
High familiarity with MPS, DRP, Manufacturing, Distribution and Inventory Planning processes
Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to balance between and prioritize multiple tasks and stakeholders
Considerable knowledge of, and experience with planning / analytical tools (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis, E2Open, etc.) is a plus
Experience leading teams and developing supply chain talent
Highly analytical – analyzes data and provides clear / fact-based presentations to stakeholders
Ability to build strong relationships and tactfully navigate multiple stakeholders
