Function Description

Serves as the local face of the organization to customers for spares and repairs delivery and part availability issues. Supports regional customers with tactical spares and repairs needs. Ensures high level of customer satisfaction with spares and repairs support. Acts as first line of escalation to resolve any spares and repairs performance issues. Acts and partner to the Materials and Integrated Materials Management organization to gain accurate fleet and overhaul plans and schedules. Runs open order book reviews with customers and joins customers’ operations meeting as required.

Description:

Tracks data related to customer orders and activities. Creates and maintains service notifications and scheduling. Performs data analytics and forecasting in support of business development or product management. Notifies other customer service representatives along with members of other divisions of data trends for improvement of quality. Minimizes risk by maintaining data and reports.

Purpose

This position is for a seasoned professional, who works independently, leads small/medium programs, analyzes data, recommends resolutions for program problems, manages vendors, maintains progress reports, and participates in contract negotiation.

Responsibility Statements
Analyzes data and monitors customers order book to ensure customer is being supported by the Services and Support organization
Act as Subject matter expert in resolving order and order book issues for customer
Maintains and presents plans and progress reports (metrics) relating to Interiors Aftermarket performance by customer
Identifies opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and growth. Works with business and functional leaders in Services and Support to implement
Identifies risks and issues impacting customer satisfaction and escalated to appropriate levels in organization for resolution
Partners with regional Business Development, Field Support and MRO leadership in region to help drive customer affinity
