Are you passionate about helping people adapt to organizational and systems changes? As part of the EPMO and Acturis Project team, the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Coordinator will support the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and behaviours. This opportunity is a 12-months, full-time position with the potential for further career development opportunities.

The Opportunity
The Organizational Change Management Coordinator will support the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and behaviours. You’ll work with a team to create and deliver change management activities that help employees prepare for, adopt, and proficiently use Acturis.
In This Role You Will
- Support the development and delivery of change management activities, including assessments, stakeholder engagement and inventories, communications, learning delivery, and feedback gathering to support continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the Acturis Change Management Team and leverage templates and tools
- Help create and maintain stakeholder inventories to support communication and training activities
- Gather and organize information to help clarify the changes that should inform communication and training
- Create and deliver communication to managers, employees and power users, including announcements, presentations/meetings, updates to Acturis Hub, triaging/managing questions, etc.
- Help facilitate meetings with project team members, managers, power users and/or employees
- Facilitate feedback by creating and managing surveys, polls, interviews, etc.
- Potentially support learning deliverables including co-facilitating training sessions, creating job aids and videos, etc.
Here’s What You Bring
- Involvement in preparing people for changes and new initiatives, including communication, learning support, and coaching end users
- Strong written and verbal communicator and comfortable using virtual collaboration tools
- Comfortable learning and using technologies such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Forms, etc.
- Experience with training development and/or delivery is desirable
- Experience with Acturis is desirable
- Self-starter and keen collaborator
- Keen interest to learn more about change management
- 3+ years of experience in the Insurance brokerage industry is preferred
