Here’s where you come in:

As the Partnership Impact Communication Senior Advisor, you will make sure that various pieces of impact data, generated on the basis of Partnership research as well as the Field Office regular reach and impact data, are transformed into credible and user-friendly impact communication materials. You will be responsible to know well and address impact communication needs and priorities of the Field Offices, Support Offices and various other World Vision entities. In close collaboration with Global Marketing and Communications as well as Strategy Evidence colleagues (especially the senior evidence translator) different impact communication materials will be prepared to demonstrate World Vision’s technical brand and strengthen trust among donors and partners.

Requirements include:

• Master’s Degree in journalism, Communications, social sciences or any related field
• At least a 5-year experience in the area of impact communication in the field
• Proven experience in developing impact driven communication resources for external engagement and FO prepositioning
• Experience with developing and managing communications platforms.
• Experience with using infographics in communication
• Experience in transforming data into communications materials
• Skills in communication design
• Proven experience in grant dependent fragile context
• Excellent English language skills
