My client has built some of the most prominent buildings in NYC. They are extremely well known and have relationships with the top developers.
They have a ton of ongoing projects, the current employees who work there are exposed to different projects and can learn a lot.
Description:* MUST HAVES: -5+ years of experience -Technical/Very strong working in Construction Documents -Experience working on multi-family high rise buildings -Proficiency in Revit -5 days a week in office They have two projects that are high rise buildings in NYC moving into Design Development and need someone who is strong in Revit to begin working on Construction Documents
Additional Skills & Qualifications:* -AutoCAD -Knowledge of codes and zoning
NYC experience
Experience Level:* Intermediate Level
