We have an opening for a 6-month internship to strengthen and enhance the service offering of the Reporting team. You will be looking to stretch your data analysis, processing and technical skills together with your knowledge of financial products within a dynamic international environment.
The Reporting team play an integral part in our commitment to providing an excellent service to our clients, with the responsibility of producing investment, marketing, product and regulatory reports to our clients and investor base. The team works alongside the Sales and Investment teams and support them in the preparation for their client meetings.
Your role
› To produce – on time and error free – different types of investment reports, marketing materials and client presentations for our institutional clients and fund investors.
› With an eye for detail, undertake data quality and consistency checks in produced documents.
› Problem solve and develop solutions for the delivery of automated reporting documents and contribute to wider project activities or to the enhancement of existing processes.
› Manage relationships with internal clients (typically Client Relationship and Client Portfolio Managers) in analysing and answering to ad-hoc requests.
Your profile
› Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Economics with knowledge of Equity, Fixed Income, Total Return and Multi-Asset products.
› High attention to detail and quality, with an enquiring mind.
› Advanced Excel skills required (pivot, vlookup); VBA, SQL, Tableau are a plus.
› Some previous professional work experience is desirable.
› Strong client service orientation.
› A team player – demonstrating a willingness to support other team members, particularly during periods of high-volume activities.
› Fluent in English; French and German are a plus.
› You must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
