Your core areas of responsibility will include Events & Social media management.

Responsibilities

Maintain an events calendar, managing external stakeholders and creating material for both digital and physical events & trade shows 
Manage and maintain a social media calendar across all major channels including; LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook
Working closely with the Content Manager – Distribute regular content covering industry news, topical news, integrated marketing campaigns, employee branding, customer testimonials
Evolve our brand including support to distribute our voice and increase our reach
Manage offline content/activities alongside online activities for blended marketing campaigns
Manage our online presence by analysing usage data
Review data with the VP Marketing to increase our engagement, and set A/B tests
Manage online events such as webinars and fireside chats
Source relevant guests for events and arrange invitations through email, social and direct mail
Ensure internal resources are allocated for webinars and support set-up and execution of all online events
Managing Trade Press relationships and potential PR opportunities
Content Syndication support

What we look for in you

Degree or the equivalent of professional experience in marketing
3-5 years experience in a similar role (must have hands-on experience)
Proven ability to deliver high-quality, social media content
Proven experience managing events and trade shows
Ability to work on different projects simultaneously and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and establishing processes
Highly structured, obsessed with the details, and meeting deadlines
German language desirable (spoken/written) and highly proficient in English
Ability to grasp technical topics and concepts, and distill to different content formats
Desired but not essential knowledge of the manufacturing industry
