Internet/ Multimedia Development opening in Charlotte, North Carolina.
We are looking for fulltime a Project Manager to join our Land Development team in our Charlotte, North Carolina office. Qualified candidates must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills as the positions include interaction with both internal team members and external clients. In addition, they must be able to work both independently and in a team based environment and possess the ability to manage several major activities at once.
General Responsibilities Include
Engage in Business Development activities to develop and maintain relationships with private real estate land development and redevelopment clients that result in a stable book of business with them.
Prepare proposals and budgets for new projects.
Manage client relationships and accounts, including billing & collections, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Lead project design teams to successfully execute projects.
Mentor and train staff.
Attend, participate in, and lead training sessions and management meetings, as applicable.
Meet regularly with the Land Development Practice Area Director to discuss mission alignment, quality assurance and control, staff development, proposals, budgets, and project performance.
Qualifications
The Qualifications are:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
10+ years of experience in land development.
North Carolina PE license or seeking licensure through reciprocity.
Experience in commercial, retail, industrial and residential site design preferred.
