SAP SYSTEM ANALYST – 12 month contract

headcount AG is a Zurich-based consultancy serving clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, diagnostic, OTC and chemical market segments.
We are working with a swiss based pharmaceutical company that is currently building out their internal IT systems and data warehousing structures. Right now we are looking for someone who can manage application maintenance and project work for SAP Concur.
This is a temporary position for 12 months.
RESPONSIBILITIES
_Assessing user needs to provide support & proactive service
_Focal point to communicate system related problems in collaboration with IT teams & software vendor
_Troubleshooting, user support & systems maintenance
_System release process management
_Creating & updating training material for end user training
_System Administrator for defined information systems.
_Budget planning & Cost Management
_Project coordination, Change & Incident Management
_Preparation of compliance documents (e.g. SOP, role matrix, SOC review)
_Manage external Services / parties (e.g. Consultant)
_Contribution in new commercial agreements
REQUIREMENTS
_Degree in Informatics, Information systems or related
_≥ 5 years of experience working with finance and travel/expense systems
_≥ 3 years of experience in managing SAP Concur
_Pharma Industry experience highly preferred
_English fluent
