Please note: This position can be occupied in Berlin, Zurich, Munich or completely remote in Germany or SwitzerlandPart-time scope: 80-100%

As Senior Frontend Engineer (f/m/d) you will have a central role in our team of geographically distributed engineers that continuously improves the frontend part of our fundraising technology. You will have an overview of the development, make architectural design decisions together with the team, be an active part in the review process and closely collaborate with product managers and designers.

In detail:

• Leading the technical development of the RaiseNow Touchpoint’s products, focusing on giving and managing donations
• Ensurance of the quality and maintainability of the team’s code and support your team members in their personal development
• Help breaking down high-level requirements into working packages
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to provide reproducible builds and allow for constant shipping of improvements and new features
• Development of features and improvements for our products, always considering to make your code reliable against regressions by using common testing frameworks (Jest or Mocca)
• Application of the principles of UI design, making components consistent, reusable, and pleasant to use
• Close collaboration with designers to ensure highest usability standards with low code complexity
• Support our product managers in preparing sprints

Requirements

• Over 3 years of relevant experience working on fast-scaling and complex systems
• Appreciation towards software craftsmanship and clean code
• Deep knowledge in TypeScript, React and CSS (sass)
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda functions among others), including how to maintain and monitor them
• Driven by impact. You are eager to create customer value
• Teamplayer. You are passionate about working with talented and inspiring people. Your heart beats for receiving and giving feedback, to grow both personally and as an engineer
• You are business-fluent in English (Level C1/C2)
