Working Student (m/w/d) Customer Journey & Experience – Digital Services and Solutions

Are you interested in digital solutions and want to take a look behind the scenes of an international medical technology company while you are still studying? Then support our Digital Services and Solutions department, which develops all digital solutions for Fresenius Medical Care customers. The product responsibility lies within our intercultural team “Customer Journey & Experience” and together with Product Design, the solutions of the future are defined. In addition, our team supports the creation of communication materials for customer communication. Here you will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas to improve our digital solutions, get a taste of practical experience, make contacts, explore possible career paths – and fill your student fund on the side – for 12 months at around 20 hours per week.

Your Challenge in Detail

• You will actively support our team in the creation and editing of marketing materials (e.g. presentations and posters) for IT products
• You will also assist in the creation of various materials for the sales area, such as e-learnings and portfolio packages with cost examples
• In addition to the creation of documentation, you will also take care of thepresentation of product information (e.g. product features, benefits and values) in the form of mind maps
• Even more: You will take on administrative project activities such as updating project plans
• Sure that you will be constantly communicating and coordinating with various internal departments, such as Marketing Communications, for your tasks

Your Competence is in Demand

• Current full-time studies in the field of (business) or (bio) computer science, international business, economics or business administration (with a focus on health care management) or similar
• Interest in Computer Science and Life Science
• Very good knowledge of the common MS Office applications
• Very good command of written and spoken English; German skills are an advantage
• First experiences in the field of marketing desirable
• Thoroughly and structured way of working
• Ability to communicate and work in a team
