VIVERE was founded in 2018 with the vision to disrupt the consumer goods industry. We are an AI-based incubation platform for next-generation consumer products and brands. We have launched more than 10 brands and 250 products in 16 markets across categories such as Home & Garden, Beauty, Health & Wellness and Pet Care. VIVERE operates a vertically integrated setup with in-house marketing, design, R&D, production, supply chain and digital sales. VIVERE also serves as an incubator for well-known artists and influencers who want to build their own brands.

For our team of 100 international consumer talents, we are searching for a HR Intern/Working Student to join us in our corporate Hamburg office – preferably starting in October 2022.

Tasks

• Taking ownership of onboarding & offboarding processes
• Maintaining and optimising existing office management processes
• Being responsible for subtasks of personnel support and administration
• Taking on coordinative tasks in our applicant management
• Supporting different projects to further develop our HR department

Requirements

• You have gained ideally first experience in Tech or Consumer Goods settings
• You are currently enrolled in a university degree or have recently graduated
• You have a passion for people and are curious to learn more about HR and internal people processes
• You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in an international team
• You solve problems efficiently and are keen on learning new processes and technologies
• You are proficient in German and English
