• Coordination of our office management, such as correspondence, appointment coordination, errands and material orders
• Support in daily business and administrative activities
• Reception and visitor service for our (inter)national customers and guests on site and by telephone
• Oral and written correspondence in German and English with internal and external parties
• Efficient organization of all office processes and meetings
• Planning and booking of business trips
• Organization of team events

Your missions profile

• Currently enrolled in a German University or technical College (Fachhochschule)
• Initial work experience in administration or office management, ideally in a start-up or agency environment
• Independent, structured and organized working style
• A friendly and confident appearance
• Strong sense of initiative, strong communication skills and motivation
• Safe handling of MS-Office programs
• Very good German and good English skills
