The client, based in Dubai is one of the MENA regions leading investments firm and have a Multibillion Dirham AUM. They are constantly growing and are currently expanding their investments team which consists of extremely good talent from bulge brackets, top PE firms and the big 4’s.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on end-to-end deals:
Conducting valuations for very large and interesting projects
Creating a variety of financial models (BS, IS, etc.)
Creating various marketing materials
Liaising with PE’s and Financial Institutions

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will:
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Finance / Economics from a reputed western university
Have a Master’s degree or/and MBA and/or CFA/CA is a preferred
Have an investment banking background or the Big 4 having worked on deals end to end (1-4 years experience)
Have experience in creating pitch books, IM’s, etc.
Have strong knowledge of basic accounting & finance (depreciation, interest rate, WACC, LBO, etc.)
Have excellent communication and presentation skills
