AV rated and very well-respected litigation firm in downtown, Los Angeles. We are a small firm that goes to jury trial frequently. We represent both plaintiffs and defendants, with a ratio of approximately 80% hourly to 20% contingency. Our founding attorney has over 80 jury trials with a win rate over 80%. We are the type of firm that other firms who settle their cases will hire to come in and handle their trials, plus a strong business base of repeat clients. We practice in many different practice areas, including, for example, employment litigation, intellectual property disputes (both enforcement and defense), business cases, white collar criminal defense, real property litigation, contract disputes, probate and conservatorship cases (on both sides), military law and many other areas. We practice in both State and Federal Courts, including, the Court of Claims and International and Domestic Arbitrations. We handle appeals, including to have 6-7 published opinions, in both State and Federal Court. While small, we compete with and beat the biggest firms in downtown LA.

At this time, we need an associate attorney with at least 3 years’ experience in litigation. If you have a strong work ethic, write well, and like being in Court, depositions and even trial, this is the place for you. We particularly appreciate attorneys who can multi-task, and who do not shy away from running a case or taking on a leadership role. Our clients are as diverse as our practice.

8-hour shift (Monday to Friday)
