This firm focuses on residential and commercial construction, Personal Injury/Wrongful Death, Commercial Trucking, Products Liability, Toxic Tort Litigation, Fire Loss/Property Damage and Automobile Accidents.
- Exercise individual judgment to ensure policy compliance with state laws, regulations or standards; recommend changes and updates as necessary.
- Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
- Demeanor to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities, and adhering to strict deadlines
- Good understanding of litigation management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
- Licensed in the State of Texas
