Retail Mortgage Branch Manager

AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation is seeking experienced Retail Mortgage Branch Managers in various locations for AmeriSave’s retail lending division. The Branch Manager will manage loan officers in their geographical area and will oversee their branch responsibilities for production and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and build a sales team of retail loan officers in assigned branch
• Effectively communicate with all levels of management, both internal and external customers
• Build strategic and tactical plans for driving volume growth in assigned area
• Analyze and monitor the daily/monthly production in their designated branches
• Set goals and expectations for loan officers and monitor performance against those goals
• Provide supervision and communication and overseeing all implementation and support of policy and procedures
• Assist with identifying training needs to ensure loan officer development
• Thorough product knowledge and comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to residential mortgage lending
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in a leadership role in residential mortgage lending
• Strong industry knowledge and advanced technical skills
• Confident in all phases of the mortgage loan origination process with a firm grasp on products and regulations
• Current NMLS and state license
