Commercial Property Solicitor – 2 years + PQE – Hertfordshire
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Legal 500 firm in their Hertfordshire office.
The ideal candidate will have upwards of 2 years PQE and a strong interest in working with clients to find solutions to their problems. The role involves dealing with a full range of Landlord and Tenant work as well as property acquisitions and sales for company clients, property support on Company Commercial matters and with appropriate support from the senior solicitors in the team. You will also undertake development work from site acquisitions involving conditional contracts options and overage, finance through to preparation for disposition.
