Construction Litigation Solicitor (3+ PQE) –

A very rare opportunity for a Solicitor with contentious Construction experience at a leading national commercial firm in any of their brilliant locations.

This role would suit a candidate looking to progress their career within a top firm. This is a flexible appointment and we will consider candidates from a few years qualified up to Associate level. We welcome both candidates that have a contentious or non-contentious background for this role. Experience in general commercial work and procurement would be beneficial here, together with experience of acting for local authorities and public bodies, but this is not essential.

You will be at the forefront of a highly ranked team that has several lawyers listed as leaders in their field in the Legal 500 and Chambers directories. This is a golden opportunity not to be missed.

You will be working with the Partners and other members of the team to drive it forward. The team is looking for lawyers with experience of the contentious aspects of construction advice, including adjudication, arbitration, litigation and ADR.
