Property Development Solicitor – up to 5 years PQE – Kent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Property Development Solicitor to join a Legal 500 firm in their one of their Kent offices.
The multi-office, full-service firm is going through an exciting period of growth, and is looking for a solicitor with up to 5 years PQE to join their talented team.
You will be exposed to a broad range of property development work, including the Sale and Purchase of freehold, leasehold and commercial property, acting for lenders and borrowers in funding transactions, auction disposals and the negotiation of conditional contracts and option agreements.
The ideal candidate will have expert, up to date knowledge regarding property development, will be able to manage their own caseload and be able to quickly build strong productive relationships with clients and colleagues.
