CONTEXT
The Richemont Transformation Office (TO) is responsible for leading the overall group transformation programs, monitoring compliance of group transformation according to CFR Board mandate and decisions, and driving internal & change management project and programs. In this position your role will be to support the Group transformation team and projects, reporting to the TO Senior Project Manager Leads. It will involve working transversally across the Group and between different departments.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Support Transformation Office Team
Assist the TO team with coordinating meetings and workshops
Participating and preparing meetings
Following up and chasing information
Researching and analysing data and results
Monitoring and processing database admin tasks and liaising with stakeholders on key projects
WHAT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS DO YOU NEED?
1 to 3 years of professional experience
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
You possess a client centered mindset
An ability learn fast and adapt
Good communications and presentation skills
Fluent in English. Knowledge of another language will be a plus.
