For the central task around surface treatment of the Process Engineering team, we are looking for you to start as soon as possible in the above-mentioned function.

Your tasks within this interesting challenge are
Leading technical projects in the areas of:
Organic coatings (e.g. primer and topcoat)
Chemical surface treatment
Anodising of aluminium alloys (TSA, PAA) and
electroless treatments such as passivation, pickling before crack spraying and chemical conversion coatings
Technical support in production
Assessment of customer specifications and their implementation in production / Document Change Board
Preparation of procedural instructions for production and monitoring processes
Technical root cause analysis for quality defects
Industrialisation & process qualification
Technical support for internal and external audits
Training of employees in the field of chemical surface treatment and organic coatings

Your Profile
Completed studies in a relevant field (or comparable several years of professional experience)
Experience in the field of chemical surface treatment processes, such as anodising of aluminium alloys on an industrial scale and the application of paints & lacquers as functional layers to extend the corrosion protection of the surface treatment
Several years of professional experience in a regulated environment (e.g. aviation)
Independent and reliable team player who keeps an eye on the essentials even in hectic situations
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
You think and act proactive and solution-oriented and are used to interdisciplinary work
