  Project Manager for ���������” project aiming to tackle sextortion in Bashiqa, Tobzawa, Bartella and Qaraqosh.
Sustainable Peace Foundation (SPF) is an Iraqi Non-governmental Organisation (NGO) striving to build and sustain peace through vertical and horizontal approaches and participatory methods; addressing root causes of tensions and conflicts challenging positive peace in Iraq. SPF strives to achieve this by working on the grassroots level to reinstate and strengthen the lost trust between Iraq���������s diverse ethno-religious communities; increase community resilience, empower and building the capacities of the very effected communities so they can mitigate and transform conflicts through dialogue and non-violent means.
SPF strives to achieve these objectives by working with vulnerable groups such as, youth, women and girls, people with special needs and IDPs through developing their capacities to take leadership roles and to actively participate in the peace and reconciliation processes; economically empower communities by offeringvocational trainings and providing them with livelihood means to ensure stability and a dignified living standard.
SPF also strives to engage local authority and security actors with the local communities through advocacy, roundtable dialogue sessions and developing local peace mechanisms and structures capable to acts as soundboards conveying their communities��������� needs and challenges. Another pillar of SPF���������s efforts is to support and capacitate Iraq���������s civil society for example, SPF provide the technical coordination and the secretariat of Nineveh Peace Forum, which it is a founder.������������
SPF also provides consultations for local and international NGOs on peacebuilding and social cohesion programming, such as: context analysis, needs assessments, actor and service mapping etc.
SPF���������s focuses on minority protection, but through its Do-no-Harm approach, which ensures that SPF programming and implementation creates cohesion instead of doing harm.
PROJECT SUMMARY������Empowering Hamdaniyya district and Bashiqa sub-district to stand up against, act and report sextortion; and capacitate the community police to receive, deal with and refer sextortion complaints; and collectively engage in result-based advocacy to legislate new laws to significantly reduce cases of sextortion in the targeted areas.

Duties/Assignments:
The Project Manager will:

Oversee all project activities and serve as primary contact focal point for the donor and the field staff;
Ensure project activities comply with the policies and regulations of the donor;
Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of project deliverables, lead project planning, budgeting, action plans, and monitoring processes;
Responsible for submitting narrative and financial reports on a regular basis (e.g. monthly and quarterly including inception and final reports) to the donor;
Oversee the preparation and submission of activity-based project budgets as well as monthly financial reports and sending of new funding requestoordinate with the Community Police, relevant community and local authority stake holders to engage them in project implementation;
Coordinate with international NGOs and other partners to leverage programs and support;
Lead and motivate the project team (field coordinators, mentors and facilitators) and monitor project activities and project expenditure and coordinate work with volunteers in the project;
Ensures close collaboration and coordination with cooperating partners to guarantee smooth implementation of activities and achievement of results as specified in grant agreements;

Educational & Qualifications ������Requirements:

University degree in the social sciences, gender studies and/or qualifications in a relevant areas or equivalent work experience;
Good understanding of UNSCR1325, Gender mainstreaming, protection and sextortion and the ability to analyse key issues that challenge women and girls in Nineveh;
Ability to assess community needs and prioritise these needs through a participatory approach;
At least three (3) years of experience working with NNGOs/INGOs;
Experience in Gender Based violence (GBV), capacity building, project planning, implementation, and monitoring;
Strong understanding of the general country situation and vulnerable social groups in the project target areas;
Must have a passion fog people and ability to reach, access and engage the communities, especially women and girls;
