We’re looking for a client account manager (Temporary for 7 months) to:

Support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, and internal partners in a timely and professional manner
assist in all administrative tasks and organizational matters in relation to client’s general inquiries and related to their investments and operational aspects
support client advisors in administrative, risk and legal and compliance related tasks and duties
support client advisors when they are on business trips and assist in preparing client meetings

Your team
You’ll be working in the UK Intl. HNWI ZH 1 Team in Zurich. You’ll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services and become a trusted client account manager. You’ll be part of the client coverage team and closely collaborate with client advisors. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.
