Your team
Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.
The team is responsible for defining, ensuring alignment on, and driving the execution of the Group’s overarching technology strategy, by working with key stakeholders, including the Group’s managing partners, as well as the senior management of Technology & Operations and the business lines. Areas of coverage include digital experience, data and analytics, infrastructure and new ways of working. The team is also responsible for selecting and implementing innovation initiatives in emerging areas such as machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI), or distributed ledger technology.
Your role
Defining and driving strategic initiatives to support the Group’s Tech strategy, by partnering with both business and technology stakeholders.
Shaping and driving an innovation agenda that is in line with the strategy, and focused on business impact.
Packaging strategic and analytical insights into clear, concise and “executive-ready” presentations.
Assessing and delivering regular reports on key trends in technology, as well as on developments in competitive landscape (covering peers and fintech).
Presenting the findings to senior management and to the broader organisation, influencing upwards and laterally to drive organisational change and alignment.
Ensuring that our recommendations are driven through to implementation by providing thought leadership and, when necessary, stepping in to lead execution.
Developing and implementing analytical frameworks to monitor and optimise the specific impact our initiatives are having on key business results.
Your profile
Master’s degree, or qualification deemed equivalent.
Solid professional experience, including at least three years’ experience in a major consulting firm and/or corporate strategy group.
Experience working in the field of digital technology.
Excellent knowledge of the financial and tech industries.
Best-in-class analytical capabilities: top-notch quantitative, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
Solid people leadership skills: Ability to build and leverage the capabilities of a high-performing team, as well as business partners across the enterprise.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both orally and in writing.
High motivation and self-direction, taking personal ownership for results and professional development.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to prioritise, able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Professional ethics, sense integrity and ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality.
