Answer to client calls and email requests and regarding enquiries and prices.
Managing client databases and preparing reports, Basic Human Resources tasks.
Prepare and Send invoices, Quotation, receipts and follows up on payments.
Make a Statement of Accounts.
Build and maintain relationships Client and company
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls and meetings.
Excellent command of English with good written and oral communication skills.
Computer proficiency with strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel.
