You will report to the Senior Manager-POS Implementation and work closely with the POS & broader Customer team, Retail & Commercial teams to deliver a world class creative and execution strategy across Point of Sale (POS)

You will be an integral part of the POS team with accountability for the planning, execution and delivery of POS across a variety of store formats.

You will be responsible for the planning and execution of all General Merchandise, Services (such as Scan & Go) & strategic projects on time and to budget. The successful candidate should pride themselves on delivering the best in class implementation for stores and customers engaging & managing multiple stakeholders at all levels along the way.

Your Role

• You will be a key business partner working collaboratively with our Customer, Retail & Commercial teams, delivering the POS strategy for the business
• You will define and gain alignment on the POS solutions, critical path and implementation plans for all store formats across the Asda estate.
• In addition, you will lead the brief with agency partners to develop POS that drives impact in-store and supports a “Low Cost Operating Model”.
• You will also use your strong communication skills to produce effective and tailored communication briefs for stores.
