Care Assistant

No Experience needed – we will provide full training and induction

£9.85per hour – plus 30p per mile for drivers

GreenSquareAccord are looking for Home Care Assistants to work in the Kettering area, we have various flexible roles that work around you, including morning and evening shifts.

You will need a driving licence and your own transport for this role as you will be travelling from home to home.

We are recruiting for Care Assistants to work in the following areas:

Kettering, Rushden , Irthlingborough, Higham Ferrers and Irchester.

About The Role

Our goal is to deliver great care and support. You`ll join a team in delivering care and supporting daily living, in people`s homes, in a way that shows our customers respect and kindness.

You`ll be trained from day one and supported by a Care Coordinator, who will guide you in your work. There will be Staff on call out of office hours also to support you.

No two days are the same, but each day you`ll be rewarded by knowing you made a difference to those who need it most.

We match our support to each customer`s needs, from personal care, Domestic Duties, medication prompting, to emotional support and social interaction
