As a Data Associate I, you will be creating quick data-driven visualizations and dashboards while working in a collaborative team environment. Your efforts will help us to improve the culture of using data for games testing, improve your fellow testers’ skills, and learn new skills yourself.
You will be supporting an assigned project by creating and sharing impactful telemetry-driven reports to aid Test Associates and Software Test Engineers. Day to day you and your team will be working directly with members of the Test team by coaching them to query for insights and providing them guidance towards new or existing visuals. You will also be responsible for fulfilling requests to create visuals while also encouraged to be proactive in identifying new insights and sharing them with Test members.
You will work collaboratively with a data-focused team by aiding with data or query related questions and providing peer-reviews of dashboards. Information on task updates, wins, and challenges are shared in daily syncs and meetings.
The following are also responsibilities of the role:
Work closely with client partners to understand their needs
Work collaboratively with several data teams
Perform SQL queries using internal tools
Create easy to understand data-driven visuals and reports using internal tools
Answering common questions around Game Telemetry and gathering insights from data
Job experience requirements & qualifications:
Ability to quickly learn new tools and technology
Ability to work with Experis and Client partners to assess and prioritize needs
Professional written and verbal communication skills
A passion for gaming, technology, testing, data analysis, and visualization
Some experience working with telemetry or SQL data
1+ year of work experience within games QA
