Craft is looking for a catalogue Marketing Associate to help develop and execute fully integrated, progressive marketing strategies for releases and legacy label repertoire within the UK Market, inclusive of the catalogues of legendary labels such as Fania, Independiente, Nitro, Prestige, Riverside, Specialty, Stax, Vanguard, Varèse Sarabande, Vee-Jay, Victory and many mor

What You’ll 

Assisting in all aspects of campaigns across marketing and digital team

Work closely with artists/managers/estates to support in execution of marketing campaigns for a diverse roster of catalogue artists, titles, and legacy brand

Assist in the production set up of new products (physical and digital

Use various sales and analytical platforms available to assist the team with the completion of weekly reports and spot trend

Collating large amounts of data into presentable tables, reports or presentation

Act as day-to-day lead on assigned releases, ensuring that each project receives the appropriate level of marketing, advertising and publicity needed, to effectively drive revenue through physical sales, downloads, streaming, merchandise and sync opportunitie

Manage deadlines and develop essential marketing material for each project – including sales sheets, biographies, press releases, online media kits, marketing plans, communication timelines, social media, editorial content, playlists and advertising asset

Create, build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners (brands, media, influencers) and key stakeholder

Act as key support for Snr. Director & wider team across all business needs

Admin responsibilities include booking travel, handling expenses and invoices, ordering promotional stock, raising purchase orders, mailouts and organizing meetings / event

What You Nee

Experience in music marketing (2+ years

Passionate about a wide-range of music and technology/digital trend

Strategic and creative thinker, with a deep understanding and interest in streaming platforms, social media outlets, digital trends and new technologie

Comfortable solving problems independently as well as part of a team, prioritizing heavy workloads, working under pressure and multitaskin

Goal and results oriented, with a keen attention to detai

Excellent presentation and communication skill

A team player with an adaptive, self-effective and collaborative attitud
