Mindwalk Yoga is a social enterprise and virtual well-being studio on a mission to make yoga for mental wellness accessible, inclusive and affordable. They have a unique offering as they are founded and run exclusively by Black women, rebalancing representation in the well-being sector. They want to reach people who might otherwise be put off by an exclusive, predominately white, often unapproachable image of the practice. Mindwalk Yoga delivers daily well-being classes both live and on-demand, open to everyone, including Yoga Therapy for Anxiety, Healing Sound Baths, and Hatha Yo
