The Role

Demonstrate your passion for customer service to deliver a warm welcome and unique and special experience to guests

Support your team to create a positive and infectious energy that excites guests before, during and at the end of their Tattu experience so that they leave with a smile

Demonstrate your determination to deliver impeccable service with an eye for detail – picking up on the little things that will make guests feel special

Use your personable skills to respond to different situations and different customer requirements

Demonstrate a desire to go further in your career and learn new skills
