As part of the Business Intelligence team, this data professional will partner with business leaders across the organization to surface key metrics and unlock vital insights that drive data-informed decisions and guide business strategy. This is an individual capable of leveraging database technologies, mathematical savvy, and analytical tools to turn data into answers and insights.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Maintain and advance the organizations reporting and dashboarding platforms in Power BI Liaise with business and technology partners to build insightful analytical solutions and dashboards Complete statistical analysis of large datasets to derive insights Consistently own and deliver deep dives in the form of narratives that influence business direction Work closely with the Data and Analytics group to implement data analysis best practices Simplify and communicate complex concepts to partners across the enterprise to drive data-driven outcomes
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE 3+ year(s) in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or similar role B.S. in Business, Computer Science, Analytics or another quantitative discipline Experience creating advanced solutions using Power BI Proficient in using SQL in a business environment Advanced Excel skills Business analysis, report design, and presentation skills Understanding of Data Warehouse principles and familiarity with data modeling concepts and methodologies Mastery of data visualization and analytical best practices POSITION TYPE This is a full-time position WORK SCHEDULE
