VP- Compliance System Governance

Job Purpose:To establish documentation and control of end to end governance of Compliance systems of the Group viz. inventory of Compliance systems, design and architecture, UAT and production governance including parameters, rules, algorithm, interfaces, connectivity�� to downstream systems, periodic review of systems, SLA management, change management etc.Job Specific AccountabilitiesPolicies, Systems, Process & ProceduresFollow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that the work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.Continuous ImprovementDocument Group wide inventory of the Group compliance systems, including name of applications, vendor details, version, technical and functional owner of the application with contact details, production support, SLA, license details, AMC, DR details, Tier level of the system and keep it updated and reviewed periodically.Manage and control end to end governance of the group compliance systems for UAT, Production, interfaces, regulatory list set download , parameter, rules, profiles, Licences, volume, third party feeds etc.,��Ensure & Manage proactive steps are taken to work with Group IT and other stakeholders of the compliance system projects to ensure proper governance and documenting the process.Manage Compliance mandated change projects on existing Compliance systems and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure its smooth and proper delivery and provide periodic status update to Project Lead & Head of Compliance Technology, Data and Reporting.Manage comprehensive SIT/UAT is carried out including negative testing for every project with relevant resources and ensure successful completion.Day to day monitoring and upkeep of compliance system performance across the groupPeriodic review of Compliance systems across the Group to ensure performance as per design of its workflow, list sets down load , profiles, various queues, interfaces/connectivity etc.,Monitor and ensure accuracy and integrity of data feeds coming in from various payment generating systems into the Customer/Payment screening systems.��TechnologyManage producing procedures and processes aligned to Group Policy of new Group TDR functionManage and conduct feasibility studies to assess need for new systems and provide technical inputs during technology vendor selectionManage exercises such as design and system architecture of compliance related systems by consulting with business users.Perform the management of change orders for modifications and upgrades to compliance related systems and tools development.Oversee and Manage system updates in response to risks identified or GIA (Group Internal Audit) findings.stablish SLA with the service provider (IT) for all Compliance systems.��ReportingCollaborate with Compliance SMEs to develop Compliance related MI dashboards.Develop periodic reporting plan and maintain the schedule and workflow for multiple reports.Populate management information dashboards by extracting relevant data from source systems including using logical queries and basic programming.Collaborate with Compliance colleagues to obtain information to populate dashboards.Submit MI dashboards to team lead for review.QualificationsMinimum QualificationBachelor���s degree in Computer Science/Technology or Finance SystemsMinimum ExperienceAt least 6 years of experience in System GovernanceAt least 3 years of experience in a��Compliance system management role
