We have an amazing opportunity for you to join our Front Office team as the Assistant Front Office Manager. In your role, you will support the Director of Front Office and oversee Front Office operations and also to provide guidance to all our colleagues and guests at the Hotel.

What will you do?
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office.
Observe staff performance with an aim to provide constructive feedback.
Be present and attentive at all times.
Work with hotel colleagues to keep excellent service standards.
Ensure company policies & procedures are observed at all times.
Be prepared to assist other Traders colleagues/departments in a thoughtful manner.
Be an ambassador for the brand & also for Abu Dhabi.
Bid farewell to departing guests and leave them with a fond memory.
Ensure all guests have memorable stay.
Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/management to find solutions.
