Job Overview/Summary

He/she will be responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of beneficiaries. He/she will work with a data team and information management senior officer

Responsibilities and tasks

1. Preparing and managing beneficiary data, including data entry and analysis
2. Preparing and writing digital reports for the project
3. Update and verify beneficiary information
4. We include that there are no errors in the data entered to organize and manage data, files, and documents
5. Review and audit data entry and verify the matching of entered data
6. Enter beneficiary data electronically and maintain confidentiality
7. Archive and secure information by completing database backups
8. Adherence to a code of conduct and principles of action
9. Respect and application of all principles of protection against sexual exploitation and abuse PSEA and adult obligation for any case of exploitation or violation

Qualifications and experiences:

1. University degree or relevant intermediate institute
2. Experience in humanitarian work
3. Experience in Office programs
